Shipping & Delivery

We offer Australia-wide delivery only at this stage. All orders are shipped 1–7 working days after the full payment is received. Pickup or arranging your own courier is not available.

We've partnered with a range of couriers and will select the most efficient delivery service base on the orders. If you are unsure which courier is associated with your tracking number please check the number on 17TRACK.

Estimated delivery time frames

Orders will be dispatched 1–7 working days after full payment is received. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time frames are as below:

Important information

Undeliverable packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address

We cannot deliver all items to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, only small accessories.

If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful delivery attempt

A notification will be left in the mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office if you are not present when the order is delivered by Australia Post. If your item is being delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver your item at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by receiver

If your item is a gift, kindly ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent.

Undeliverable postcodes

We try our best to deliver our products Australia wide. However, there are still certain rural and remote areas that might require an extra shipping fee and some other areas where our delivery partners simply can't deliver to. A team member will be in touch if your order falls into these categories.

Orders in a rural and remote area that cannot be delivered will be cancelled and refunded.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, at this stage, we only deliver to Australia wide.

Is it free shipping?

We provide free shipping for all products except for heavier items such as our desks and chairs.

Some rural/remote areas might also incur an additional delivery fee, a team member will be in touch if this is the case.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will provide a tracking number once an order is dispatched.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched 1–2 business days after we've received full payment. Delivery time frames vary and start once the order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver to an apartment unit or an office?

Although we can offer delivery to a home and/or work addresses, we cannot ensure that our delivery partners will transport the items up stairs, use elevators, or place them inside your unit/office. Our drivers are willing to deliver items to the ground floor or your front door.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Only small accessories can be delivered to PO Boxes. Products like desks and chairs cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If unsure, we recommend only using a residential address.
