Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, at this stage, we only deliver to Australia wide.

Is it free shipping?

We provide free shipping for all products except for heavier items such as our desks and chairs.

Some rural/remote areas might also incur an additional delivery fee, a team member will be in touch if this is the case.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will provide a tracking number once an order is dispatched.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched 1–2 business days after we've received full payment. Delivery time frames vary and start once the order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a mistake in my delivery address, can I update it?

If you've entered the wrong address please contact by emailing support@thedeskmate.com.au and adding 'Urgent' to your email subject. We will do our best to update the address before dispatching the products.

If you don't notify us in time and the product is returned to us, a team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Please note that we will not be liable if you have entered the wrong address and the products have been dispatched and delivered already.
